Start with the easy fix.

The installed app looks out of date

Fully close Quiet Next and reopen it. The beta checks for updates automatically. If needed, open the website once in Chrome, wait a few seconds, then reopen the installed app.

A timer finished without an alert

Open Settings and send a test notification. Check Android notification permission and battery restrictions. A browser-installed app can be suspended when fully closed, so the current web beta cannot guarantee an exact closed-app alert. The timer itself catches up when reopened.

I am changing phones or browsers

Open Settings, download a backup, then use Restore backup on the new device. Data does not sync automatically in the current beta.

I want to report a problem

Download the private beta report from Settings and email it with a short description to [email protected]. The report contains counts only. Never send a full backup unless you have reviewed it and deliberately want to share its contents.
