Privacy

Private by default.

The short version: The current beta has no account, advertising, analytics or cloud database. Your tasks, check-ins, notes and parked thoughts stay in local app storage on your device unless you export them.

Information stored by the app

Quiet Next stores projects, routine history, timer state, parked thoughts, check-ins, optional medication or supplement context, preferences and basic on-device usage counts in local app storage. This information is used only to provide the app on that device.

Information sent over the internet

The beta does not send your app entries to Quiet Next. Cloudflare may process ordinary connection and security information, such as an IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Quiet Next does not add product analytics or advertising trackers.

Exports and reports

Full JSON and CSV exports may contain information you entered. They leave the app only when you download and choose to share them. The private beta report contains counts only and excludes task text, notes, ratings, medication context, parked thoughts and activity dates.

Notifications

Notification permission is optional. Timer alerts use generic text and do not include project names, task names or health information.

Deletion and retention

You can clear local data in Settings. Removing browser site data, clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may also delete it. Download a backup first if you want to restore it later.

Health-related information

Check-ins and medication context can be sensitive. They remain local in this beta. Quiet Next does not sell them, use them for advertising or use them to provide medical advice.
