QQuiet Next

Support

Start with the easy fix.

The installed app looks out of date

For the Android app, check Google Play for updates. For the browser-installed version, fully close Quiet Next and reopen it. If needed, open the website once in your browser, wait a few seconds, then reopen the installed web app. Website updates do not update the native Android app.

A timer finished without an alert

Open Settings and send a test notification. For the Android app, check notification permission and battery restrictions, then use the locked-screen alert check. The native app schedules local alerts, but device settings can prevent delivery. A browser-installed app can be suspended when fully closed and cannot guarantee an exact closed-app alert. The timer itself catches up when reopened.

I am changing phones or browsers

Open Settings, download a backup, then use Restore backup on the new device. Data does not sync automatically in the current beta.

I restored the wrong backup

Open Settings and choose Undo last restore. Quiet Next keeps one local recovery copy of the data that was present immediately before the latest restore.

Custom routines and purchases

Open Settings and choose Manage routines. Two saved routines are free. Use Back up before clearing app storage. Purchase controls are currently disabled; no payment is required for the free tools.

Once purchases are enabled, use Plus / Restore purchases in Settings with the same store account. Restore your local backup separately for routine content. Android and iPhone ownership are separate. For refund eligibility, see Google Play refund help or Apple refund requests. A refund request does not guarantee a refund. Refunded or revoked access preserves saved content and exports.

I want to report a problem

Preview the beta report in Settings, review every field, then download or email it with only the minimum description needed to [email protected]. The report contains private counts and optional fixed-choice answers, not your written app content. Do not add medical history or other sensitive details to the message. Never send a full backup unless you have reviewed it and deliberately want to share its contents.
